If I'm hiring, has the bouquet been used by anyone else?
When hiring, all items are meticulously cleaned and inspected after each use, ensuring they look pristine and perfect for your event, as if they were brand new.
You can choose to order your bouquet and hire other florals. This way your bouquet remains unique to you.
Can you work to a budget?

Can you create a themed wedding?

Can I change the mood board?

Can I order just a couple of items and will these be itemised?
Yes, you can absolutely order individual items. We provide a detailed, itemised breakdown of all costs, ensuring complete transparency for everything you choose.
Why do we have to pay a deposit?
A deposit secures your booking date and allows us to begin planning and sourcing the specific materials needed for your unique floral designs well in advance.
Can you use real flowers?
Winnie Ann Floral Creations specialises exclusively in high-quality faux flowers. This allows for their incredible longevity, realistic appearance, and the ability to have any bloom out of season.
I'm afraid the flowers are going to look fake?
We understand this concern! At Winnie Ann Floral Creations, we only use the best quality faux flowers, specifically 'real touch' or silk, ensuring a stunningly natural look. We carefully select soft, realistic-looking ferns and eucalyptus to blend seamlessly.
Do we hire the arches for the swags?
Yes, if you require arches or other structures for your swags, we provide those as part of our comprehensive hire service to complete your vision.
What happens to the flowers at the end of the day?
If you've hired our flowers, we will arrange for their convenient collection after your event at a pre-agreed time. You won't have to worry about a thing!
When hiring flowers, can we have any design we want?
While we have a range of popular and classic designs, we also offer customisation options to ensure your hired flowers perfectly match your event's unique aesthetic and style.
However although we can add certain colour schemes to fit your day these designs form part of our inhouse service and are predominately white and green in colour..
What happens if I cancel my booking?
Once a design has been agreed, a non-refundable 30% deposit is required to secure your booking. Full payment is due 4 weeks before the wedding date. Please refer to your booking agreement for full cancellation terms.
Can we add to the order once we have booked?
Yes, you can typically add to your order after booking. We will discuss the additions and provide a revised quote or add items separately, depending on the scope of the changes.
